Pyrogen-free Tris Buffer

Buffer must be validated that it's free of detectable endotoxin and interfering factors. Using Tris buffer to dissolve or dilute the test samples is a convenient way to adjust the reaction pH to the range of pH 6.0-8.0. 

Pyrogen free Tris buffer can adjust the pH of the endotoxin test samples.

The optimal pH for the endotoxin testing TAL reagent and endotoxin reaction is in the range of 6.0 to 8.0. If the endotoxin detection test sample pH is out of this range, the pH may be adjusted by use of an acid, base, or suitable buffers as recommended by the lysate manufacturer (USP <85>)   .
